Black molds are slimy, greenish - black substances and little critters which can be serious threats to harm our health. These little creatures are also known as Strachybotrys atra or Strachybotrys chartarum and have been pinpointed as the main possible reason of death among babies who suffered respiratory bleeding, severe asthma and bronchitis.

Despite the fact that not all molds are harmful to our health, it is quite difficult to distinguish if the molds thriving in our homes are toxic or not. Are ear plugs dangerous to wear to bed?

I wear ear plugs to bed (the foam ones that mold to your ear) and when i take them out in the morning my ear kind of hurts and i'm not sure if I hear differently or what it is.. I was just wondering if this can be bad for your ears at all?

They should be okay. Lots of people do it and I've never heard any warnings.
