Here are some more information for Bra Full:

The early undergarments, such as brassieres and corsets, were used to make the waist extremely small and the breasts flat and formless. Luckily, these pieces of clothing are not in vogue anymore. Nowadays, bras and undergarments are created to protect and enhance the bust and support the upper torso. Gone are the days when you have to make your breasts as inconspicuous as possible and your waist as tiny as the circumference of a solo-sized pizza.
But despite the recent technological advances in the bra industry, there are still a lot of women who do not know how to choose the right type, size and cup to use. Hence, many are suffering in silence because their bras are small, deformed, and even unsightly. Perhaps, the average Jane is still not comfortable about asking the help of sales specialists in lingerie stores.
It is important to note that having ill-fitted bras and undergarments is not only an issue of beauty and appearance; it also poses some health risks, such as back pains, bruises, and other potentially serious diseases.
Six Signs That You Badly Need To Replace Your Bra
1. You see red marks on your skin, particularly on the shoulders and at the back.
2. Your bra makes you slouch.
3. The centermost area of your bra does not reach your breastbone.
4. Your boobs swing and bounce every time you move.
5. The straps slip and fall off even after you tightened them.
6. When you raise your arm, your bra also goes up and leaves your bust half covered.
The above signs show that your bra does not fit you properly nor does it give the right support; it may even cause unnecessary health risks.
Health Risks
Wearing a bra that does not fit your cup or band size can actually cause rashes, headache, neck pain, pulled ligaments and back problems. If your breasts do not get the right amount of support from your undergarments, they tend to droop, bounce and go to places where you don't like them to go, such as your belly or underarms.
If you are into sports, you should also remember to wear a sports bra. Exercising and other strenuous activities can put a strain on your bust that may result to sagging, stretching, and a couple of pulled ligaments. Sports bras are specifically designed to provide utmost flexibility and maximum support, keeping your bust in shape and in place. Furthermore, the fabrics commonly used in this type of undergarment are breathable, which helps moisture and sweat stay outside the fabric. It must be stressed that you need to wear a sports bra every time you indulge in extreme physical activities and sports.
Best Style For Your Cup Size
Large Bust
For women who were endowed by nature with big and full breasts, you need to wear bra that has wide back and shoulder straps so that you will get the highest support. It would also be advisable to steer away from half cups because these might give an appearance of you having four breasts. A full cup, on the other hand, gives enough coverage and helps make your breasts look shapelier. A bra with an underwire is also appropriate for you.
Small Chest
For a curvy shaped, slightly lifted, and gorgeous neckline, a woman with small bust should choose a balcony-type bra. To give the appearance of cleavage, half cups with padding beneath and at the sides of the bust should be worn.
Wearing the right type of bra is really important in enhancing your appearance and even taking care of your health. For women who are small-chested, there are many types of bras that give added pads and support in the right places to give you more shape without sacrificing support. However, if you still feel unhappy with your breast size, you can either have a breast enhancement surgery or try breast-augmenting supplements like Clevastin. 6 Pointers in Buying a Nursing Bra
1) When should I buy a nursing bra?
The most common questions moms to be often ask is when is the best time to buy a nursing bra and what size should they buy. If you plan to nurse, the best time to buy a nursing bra is in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters when your pre-pregnancy bras no longer fit comfortably and when you need to buy a larger bra. Your breasts will continue to enlarge up to the time you deliver your baby and after your milk comes in. However, they will settle down in size after your milk supply adjusts to the baby's demands and even more when you begin to wean your baby from feedings. Most likely you will need a nursing bra for as long as you are nursing your baby, so even if your 2nd trimester bra purchase is too small for your breasts immediately after delivery, it should fit you down the way as your size decreases.
2) What type of nursing bra should I buy?
There are so many types of nursing bras on the market and for a range of prices. It can be overwhelming knowing where to start. While you are pregnant and purchasing a nursing bra for both maternity and nursing, it is best to buy a nursing bra that is supportive with some extra room for pads which you will need in the early nursing stages. The best types of nursing bras for soon after delivery are those that can expand several cup and band sizes. The bras that stretch to fit multiple sizes typically do not have an underwire and are softcup which maximizes cup accommodation ability as well as comfort for the early stages of nursing.
3) What features should I look for in a nursing bra?
The most important feature in a nursing bra is comfort. Many women find that their breasts expand a full cup size or two when pregnant and nursing. It is often uncomfortable sleeping at night without a bra or even showering without a bra if your cup size is quickly moving down the alphabet. Many women find they need a range of bra types from an easy support sleeping and lounging bra to a more supportive daytime bra. If you plan on pumping it is good idea to get a hands free nursing and pumping bra which is extra supportive.
4) How do I get the most mileage out of my nursing bra?
As you know your cup and band size will fluctuate when pregnant and nursing. After you have your baby you will find your rib size will gradually decrease. If you are buying a nursing bra in your last trimester, it is a good idea to buy one that is not too tight around the band. Many bras have several adjustment hooks on the back to allow several size differences in the band. Look for a bra where you are on the last hook in your last month of pregnancy. You can also buy bra extenders that allow you to extend your strap by several band sizes for a bra that is too tight around the rib cage.
5) What nursing bras are easiest to use?
There are many different styles in nursing bras such as the cross over pull down style, cups that you unhook from each side, those that snap and those that clip. Find the style that works easiest for you. Many women find having several different styles may accommodate their lifestyle the easiest. If you plan to wear a nursing bra at night, look for a light support pull down bra. Chances are if you are half asleep and in the middle of the night you don't want to be fumbling around in the dark for a hook or a snap and your baby will not want to wait around to be fed. For your daytime bra, make sure the snap or hook stays in place with your usual movements and activities as there is nothing worse than a cup coming unhooked on its own in public or trying to rescue a bra that is leaving you lopsided while checking out at the grocery store.
6) What if I want to exercise?
Fortunately today there are a lot of great nursing sport bras on the market, so you can still hit the gym and get the bra support you need when you are a nursing mom. Bravado! makes an excellent nursing sports bra with a lot of great support and comfortable fabric. Sports bras in particular need to have secure snaps to make sure you don't pop out while on the treadmill or lifting weights. Comfort in fit and range in motion is also very important, so make sure you get a bra that fits properly with room to support your breasts' ebbs and flows with your nursing cycles.

How can I get used to bras with full coverage and support?
I'm 15, reached a C cup. Enough, I hope. I wish I were smaller. My mom worries alot about me and gave me bras with full coverage, much support and 4 hooks in the back. She says I need them, she knows best, those mom things. She's probably right, but I wish I didn't have to wear such bras. It's been hard to get used to them, I feel hot and constrained. And those 4 hooks are hard to put on. Mom says with much love I'll get used, but as for the sweat when it's hot she says nothing can be done besides changing my bra when it accumulates moisture. The most difficult thing ever is to talk a mom out of something when she's sure it's for your best! Especially a wonderful but overprotective mom like mine. Since I don't want to fight with her over bras and she decided I need the, I guess I'm stuck. How can I get used to those bras? Howe can I get used to clipping 4 hooks every morning? It's tricky. And summer is coming, will they feel worse and hotter in summer, will I sweat more?
Unfortunately, you either have to deal with sexy bras with not much support or full coverage bras with PLENTY of support (which, from a C cup on, you DO need, trust me!).
For summer try wearing sport bras. They will help support you as well as stop you from jiggling and still allows for some cleavage.
She wants you to have full coverage in order to help your breasts not become saggy
