There are few things as frustrating as trying to find something that you need quickly. Just the other night, I was packing my gym bag with the next day's outfit and realized I couldn't find my pair of black shoes - the pair of black shoes I hadn't worn in over a month. As I opened the closet door, I saw a bag I had used on a recent business trip. Inside the bag were the missing shoes. Carrying the shoes downstairs, I admitted to my family, whom I had blamed earlier for the disappearance, that I was the person responsible for misplacing the shoes. The situation was my fault, yet in my overblown time of crisis, I regrettably turned to blame. I allowed mental obstacles to cloud my thinking, making the search all the more difficult. Similar events happen often in everyday life.
We allow ourselves to fall victim to everyday negativity. By doing so, we prevent ourselves from finding everyday opportunity. A clear head is a direct result of disciplined optimism, and it is only with a clear head that you are able to make the best decisions. Only with a clear head can you realize that you have everything you need at this moment to get exactly that for which you are searching. This easy-to-understand concept goes far beyond the situations that require physical searching on your part. Regardless of your goal, you are more likely to achieve it when you bypass negativity and keep your mental path clear through disciplined optimism. It certainly is easy to fall victim to the negative happenings that occur everyday. Often, we are so full of dormant negative feelings that it takes little more than a bad driver on the way to work to start the day off on the wrong foot. These negative emotions prevent us from seeing the opportunities and solutions that would solve most of our problems. By allowing ourselves to become overrun with negativity, we are actually preventing good things from showing themselves. Disciplined optimism simply requires that we clear our eyes and open our ears so that we can become more perceptive and see the day's less obvious opportunities. This new outlook can help you see that much of what gets you pointed in the wrong direction isn't nearly as powerful as it is perceived. As you keep your mental canvas clear, you will quickly realize you are able to strengthen your career, discover new ideas, and, if nothing else, find your missing pair of shoes.

Is there a website, auction, or dealer that sells primarily daily driver muscle cars? all the auctions and sites i have looked at have mainly show cars. Also, whats the cheapest place i could find a '70ish charger/challenger?
you need to really start watching eBay and Autotrader's Old Car section for these. Be prepared that none of them will be cheap.
1970 was the first year for the Challenger so those will be the hardest to come by. If you are OK with a 1974 Challenger with the 318 in it, then you can find better buys. But still, any E-Body (Challenger/Cuda) is going to be pricey. Basket cases will start in the 2-3000 range
For Chargers, the body style changed in 1971. the 1968-70 are the ones we think of with the "General Lee" style. those are the most desirable and most expensive. If you want a 1971-74 Charger, they can be had on the cheap. I started with a 1974 Charger, 318 auto. By the time I was done with it, it had a 440 6-pack and ran like a spotted ape. The 1971-74 Chargers will still set you back some, but they can be had for half what you would spend on a 68-70.
