USDM to JDM?

Have a 98 civic hx auto and want to do an engine swap using a b18c 94-97. i found a complete kit online and was wondering if swapping a usdm engine to j spec would be a pain? i heard something about the engine wiring harness being diffirent? would i need to make any hard/drastic mods to the car to get the engine to fit properly?

just a basic b-series swap.
