I'm looking for ways to mount my projector on a vaulted ceiling.?

The problem is I do not know how much thickness the ceiling has. I certainly dont want to be puncturing through the ceiling - since the ceiling is vaulted, it has no space between the roof and the ceiling.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Web sites with hardware references to do this would be great. I believe mounting a ceiling fan would be the same. I do have a projector mount that comes to a 4 bolt base to mount to the ceiling. The fact that it is vaulted is also a challenge.
No, corner mounts dont work for projectors. This isn't a TV. Projectors have to be in the middle and squared with the screen. I cannot mount it on the backwall either. It is too far.

go to home depot or Lowe's and tell them you need corner mounts for a TV. You can mount it in the corner of the room and the corner brackets work great and also use butterfly screws or equivalent (as anchors in the wall) so you do not have to worry about it falling out. If you do not know what I am talking about just tell the people at Lowe's that you need anchors they will know what you mean.
