Camaro Side Skrits? asking camaro fans?

I have a 2000 Camaro and i've been noticing other camaros in town. i've noticed that some camaros ( mostly Z28's-- 98-02) have a type of "skrit" that runs underneath the car. its starts in front and goes all the way around-- roughly about 1-2 inches high. makes the car look lower.. it appears it may be stock on some camaros. plus i think the spoiler is different also.. does anyone know what the proper name is? if so, does anyone know where i can buy one? not to be confused with after market bodykits... thanks
