Explore Nature in the Glass Bottom Boats of Silver Springs, Florida

If you are planning a vacation at Disney World or Orlando, it is helpful if you expand your horizons a bit and explore some of the many attractions that are within a short drive of Orlando. I don't know where to get it! Everyone's telling me to talk to the guy in Pewter city, but in SILVER, there isn't a Pewter city! And I already have Lugia, so I don't need the silver wing, just the rainbow wing. PLEASE somebodyy, help.

Kanto or the Land which Red and Blue is set, is available.

First, need to get all 8 Johto Badges, Head East from New Bark Town to reach Kanto, the path you're on will only allow you to go to Victory Road, and beat the Elite 4.

After Defeating the Elite 4, you get a Ferry Ticket, for a Ferry in Olivine City, (Steel Gym).

After your Ferry Trip, You Arrive in Vermilion, in Kanto. The only route though to Pewter, Via Diglett's Tunnel is Blocked by a Snorelax. To get Snorelax out of the way, you need a new Radio Card in Lavender set on PokéFlute. And You need to get the Power Plant working before you can tune the radio.

Like in Red and Blue, You need someone with Cut to get to Pewter at the other side.
