Here are some more information for White Gps:

A new white edition of the Nokia X6 has now been launched, also known as the X6 Blue on Silver model this new handset is a part of the 16GB range as opposed to the original 32GB Nokia X6 models.
The White Nokia X6 has been made available on a range of O2 tariffs from third party retailers and not directly from O2 themselves, although known as the white version the phone is only finished on the reverse in white as the front of the phone offers blue coloured accents on a black face.
This latest white model joins an ever increasing range of colour variants in the 16GB X6 series, the others currently available include a pink, silver, blue, black and red model with a further yellow colour scheme on its way soon.
As you can probably guess from the bold colour range the Nokia X6 16GB is aimed at the fashion and youth market with a firm focus on its music abilities as well as the responsive 3.2 inch touch screen. The previous Nokia 5800 model which the new X6 is replacing was a popular phone amongst the youth of today and the X6 looks set to be just as popular.
Alongside its streamlined design and large touch screen the X6 also offers a 5.0 mega pixel camera with Carl Ziess optics for quality photo capture, LED flash and autofocus amongst a whole host of camera features. There is also built-in Wi-Fi for internet access on the go and HSDPA for fast download speeds of new applications, music, video and games.
There is even GPS for satellite navigation, route finding and journey planning as well as a 3.5mm audio jack so that the user can plug in their own standard set of headphones to listen to their music rather than the pre-packaged set.
Although there is no abundance of dedicated music phones on the market the X6 does have competition from other areas of its technology, the 3.2 inch touch screen is matched by models such as the Nokia N97 Mini and Motorola Milestone which also manage to incorporate a Qwerty keyboard whilst the HTC Touch 2, LG Pop and Samsung Omnia 2 all offer similar touch screen technology.
The 5.0 mega pixel camera has almost become standard in many of the latest smart phones, the HTC HD2, LG GW620, Nokia N900 and Sony Ericsson X10 all provide a similar resolution camera lens. The X6 does offer a superior music player and only Sony Ericsson manage to match this with their Walkman W995 and recently launched Sony Ericsson Aino and Sony Ericsson Vivaz models.
The Nokia X6 White edition is expected to be launched on further networks over the coming days with definite releases on both Orange and Vodafone not far away.
The Nokia X6 Black 16GB and original Nokia X6 32GB are two of many new music orientated mobile phones to be released by the manufacturer this year.
GPS Device Buying Guide
Weekend warriors everywhere are stomping into local gear shops to cash in on the newest craze – GPS devices. After all, what’s better than merging your love of electronics with your love of the great outdoors? But do you need a pricey GPS that answers all your questions before you can formulate them, or is a workhorse GPS device that delivers standard info in a practical format better for you?
Our assessment checklist will help you sort your needs from your wants and find the right GPS device to suit your lifestyle.
- Ease of use – GPS devices rarely require more than a quick study of the user’s manual. But talk to your friends and search out reviews online for which devices suit uber-techies and which ones work for trekkers with limited electronic know-how.
- Talk or read? – Some GPS devices come with voice software and touch-screens, but each feature usually indicates a price increase.
- Assess your needs – Car navigator devices differ from hand held units designed for outdoor adventures. If you plan to take yours on limited access highways, you’ll have little need for a unit that lists all the Taco Bells from Fort Worth to Albuquerque.
- Verify compatibility – If your PC operates on outdated software, verify your new GPS software is compatible
- Keep it simple – Many devices come with a lot of functions the average user doesn’t need. Make sure the unit you choose lives up to your expectations.
- Plan your backup – Buy extra batteries and a charger. If you plan to hit the trails with your unit, make sure you bring both sets of batteries fully charged.
- Forget the integrated compass – Some GPS devices come with electronic compasses but you should never rely on batteries to help you find north.
- Map it out – Consider where you’ll adventure with your unit and if you’ll need additional mapping software. Some GPS devices come with removable memory cards so you can load more than one map for each trip.
- Color your world – Color screens are pricier than black and white, but if you’re venturing through forests, cliffs and streams color can make navigation easier – and safer.

Are there any GPS systems that have overhead view instead of a two-point perspective view?
Hey there!
I'm looking for a GPS system, but I want to know if there are any models/brands that have overhead views where the map is in 2D so the map looks flat like an actual map instead of a two-point perspective view like most of the GPS systems. Also, are there any brands/models that have a lot of customizable settings for menu colors and map colors so that at night I can have it be black with white text or red text or something?
Thanks all!
Most of the automotive GPS receivers (and all of the handhelds) on the market should have a 2D view. With my wife's Garmin 765T, I can go into the menu and set it that way. Even the low-end receivers have customizable points of interest, colors, and night (black face) settings. My advice is to go to a regular store (Bust Buy, for instance) and see what they have there. You'll probably get a better price on line, but you can get an idea as to what features you want and so on. A Garmin 205 is roughly $100 and should have what you want. More expensive models generally have more features.
Metro seeks to ease congestion on busy bus routes, saving time and millions
Some of the busiest Metrobus routes are also among the slowest. Thousands of riders who leave their cars at home wind up getting stuck in the same traffic as drivers, and the transit authority winds up throwing more and more buses onto those lines to normalize the schedule.
